According to the law of the Russian Federation the passengers arriving by sea can stay in the arrived area for 72 hours without a conventional Russian visa. The following are some of the criteria.
- Only for those arriving by sea
- You are allowed to be in the arrived area of the Russian Federation less than 72 hours.
- If you are a cruise passenger you are required to sleep on the ship.
- If you are a ferry boat passenger you are allowed to stay at a hotel.
